We work with sharp, thoughtful professionals who love turning complexity into clarity. If that’s you, we’d love to learn more.
-
Not necessarily. We care more about how you think, solve problems, and communicate with stakeholders than where you've worked. That said, experience in client-facing or cross-functional roles is a big plus—especially if you’ve supported executive decision-makers.
-
We primarily support U.S.-based startups in the Series A to Series C stage—especially in tech, SaaS, AI, fintech, and healthtech. These companies are growing fast and need analytics systems that match their speed and complexity.
-
It depends on the engagement. Some roles are fully embedded, others are project-based or fractional. We’re open to candidates seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible work—especially if they bring deep expertise and a strategic mindset.
-
We’re based in Washington, DC, but our team works remotely across the U.S. Time zone alignment is helpful for client communication, but location is flexible for most roles.
-
We look for people who are clear thinkers, proactive communicators, and calm under pressure. If you can translate messy business problems into clear, actionable insight—and you care about doing it the right way—you’ll fit right in.
